#RSVP Policy/Info

We’ve decided to take what Nike is doing with their Twitter #RSVP and implement our own.

How our #RSVP works.

A day or two before a shoe is released, we will allow customers to walk in and add their name to our #RSVP list; after 6pm EST. Each customer must show their ID and will be allowed to reserve 1 pair in their size. If there are multiple shoes releasing, customers are allowed to reserve other styles as well. Only 1 per style. Once customers have signed the list, they will be guaranteed the opportunity to purchase the shoe in the size they reserved on release day. Sizes all available at a first come first serve basis. Call ins are not accepted. If a customer reserves a shoe and doesn’t purchase it on release day, the shoe will be sold on the following day. We will not hold your shoe for you. Why do you have to buy a t-shirt to buy a shoe?

We’ve started doing this for a couple reasons.
(1.) Resellers. If you’re going to bring seven guys with you, buy seven shoes and then turn around resell them… All seven of you have to buy something.
(2.) It’s at least you can do since we’re making it so easy to get these shoes that everyone wants. No camping, No Lottery/Raffles. No hassles. No Crazy Crowds. Nothing. You’re simply walking in the store and signing a piece of paper. Fair right? We think so; especially when a lot of retailers are already jacking up the prices above box. We promise to keep our prices at box price. Now you may ask, won’t people just line up and wait ’til 6pm? Yes. Probably. But will they have to stay in line for hours/days? Will they have to sleep outside and miss work/school? NO. There’s absolutely nothing we can do satisfy everyone. We figured this is the best/safest way for us; and our customers
